The landmine is one of the most under utilised pieces of kit within the fitness industry. It is a great addition to every exercise regime and is multi faceted in that you can perform direct core training as well as isolated chest, shoulder and back training. Our landmine kit is compatible with all of our 2 inch Olympic barbells. Complete with bolt for rack attachment.
