The ultimate strongman sandbags. We have worked closely with professional strong men to aid in the design of these sandbags. These bags are designed to be lifted, carried, pressed and dropped! Perfect for the most demanding commercial gym environments and professional competition. The bags are double layered with commercial grade nylon. The sand is secured with 2 folding layers of industrial strength velcro then sealed with a zip and 2 final layers of overlapping velcro.
These bags are suitable for indoor and outdoor use! The strongman sand bags are a perfect form of grip training and as the sandbag is awkward to lift this makes it great for for combat athletes, rugby players, Crossfit athletes, strongmen or even someone who's looking to switch up their workouts. We recommend using play sand to fill the bags up. Please note that the weight of the bag will depend on the density and size of the sand being used.
