The Multi Grip Strongman Log is a versatile tool that can help you take your Strongman training to the next level. The two neutral grip positions reduce stress on your shoulders, while the 300kg capacity allows you to lift heavier weights.

The Strongman Log is available in 25kg and 50kg variants, please note it is not designed to be dropped from overhead unless using suitable crash pads.
