Olympic Barbell Weighted Chains

Forged from solid steel, the weighted Steel Chains are a fantastic accessory for those chasing a new 1 rep max. These extremely robust, chains are available in 10kg (20kg  total) and 15kg (30kg total). Compatible with a 2" Olympic barbell or suitable for use on there own. As the bar is closer to the ground more chain with be grounded thus making the bar lighter at the bottom and heavier at the top. This is a great strategy if you find yourself plateauing on certain lifts.
