"We went along to Factory Weights one day last July with a rough idea for our new gym.

The team at Factory Weights could not have been more helpful. They showed us all of the different options for kit and helped us find equipment that would bring our vision to life. Having the teams’ knowledge and expertise meant that we could come up with a floor plan that not only maximised floor space but they also helped us make sure it would work in practice when our clients were actually training in the gym. They even gave us access to a ‘hot off the production line’ Stealth Dual Pulley which was perfect addition to our original plans.

The team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed installed and delivered in time for our opening day which was less than 4 weeks away. And for the few things that we were unable to get in time, Factory Weights lent us some of their showroom stock so that our gym looked the part on our opening day. Great customer service all round!"

I had been in store before just buying some bits and bobs, I had the pleasure of meeting James, who is the most friendly, welcoming and helpful man. His knowledge on the kit he's selling and the use for the kit and all the bits in-between is amazing.

When I finally got the keys to my gym I spoke with Niall who was outstanding, everything I needed Niall helped me with it, he tried to source me different bits of kit if it wasn't available. Niall goes above and beyond and I personally don't feel you get that anywhere else. Factory weights have the customer service, they supply everything you need and if they can't they try find it. They focus on your business and help guide you on what they think that would be suited to your gym and give you the best advice on how to manage and make the most of your space.
