32kg Quick-Select Adjustable Dumbbells

After researching many adjustable dumbbells I chose these. Not all all disappointed, very easy to change the weight and 2kg increments for the whole weight range which is unusual.

Overall very impressed with these adjustable dumbbells build quality seems good. There was some slight damage to the plastic on the storage rack when they arrived but doesn’t effect the use of the dumbbells so not a problem.

Easy to use and great for saving space would highly recommend for any home gym also good selection of weights as they go up in 2kg increments.

Bought these as a Xmas present for my wife. 5 days on and every day she tells me how brilliant these are. Personally, I have no idea about these things but she does and she's very happy.

FW’s adjustable dumbbells are a great product, fast and easy to select desired weight (similar to choosing a gear on a twisty 80s bike handlebar grip!). Enables scope for progressive overload without stocking full set of DBs, so great space saving for my home gym. I am wary of dropping them in case disrupts plate locking system, so I make sure set down gently and don’t throw them. Only slight negatives depending how you train are (1) there is a locking mechanism bump next to inside plates that means not really possible to lift these vertically by resting palms flat on plate rather than gripping handle eg for goblet squats, single DB 2-hand tricep raises, and (2) bit of a faff to set carefully back in cradle and change weight if you want to quickly do drop sets - so I keep lighter DBs to hand for grabbing after main set. Very happy with this purchase and FW service.
