The Strongman Yoke consists of our Yoke Conversion Kit and a set of One Ton Uprights. Choose between 195cm and 230cm and a range of colours. The yoke is a popular piece of equipment in strongman competitions, but it can also be used by Strongmen/women and athletes of all levels. It is a great way to build muscle and strength in the legs, back, shoulders, and arms.
