Initially sceptical as to whether this would be comfortable to wear but I was mistaken. Should harness is broad enough so that the weight is distributed and does not dig in. It comes with 20 x 1kg weights, each can be removed easily. I'm only using 10kg at the moment on my walks.
This weighted vest is very good and compact. I've tried other brands that are bulky and very uncomfortable.
Once you strap it together on the side, it is very secure. The small weights can be easily removed and put back.
Overall I am happy with this vest.
Great to have but I think I am beginning to outgrow my 20k.

The securing strap is the worst I have ever encountered.
You will see only frontal view of this and that’s the good bit.
How it attaches at the back is an after thought!!!!Velcro belt is too wide for the fitting. I have since replaced just that part

The 20 individual weight gives you greater freedom of choice. For a 65kg person 20kg is a lot!!! so being able to add or remove depending on exercise is great for me
