REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day money back policy on all unused Factory Weights products. If you are not satisfied with your item(s) simply email us at help@factoryweights.co.uk within 30 days of placing your order. If your item is unused, and in the original packaging, with all parts included, we will refund the total cost.

 

     

    RETURING GOODS

    Our simple returns process makes it easy for you to return an item:

    The first step is to send an email to help@factoryweights.co.uk and explain what item(s) you would like to return and why. Remember to include the name and email address of the person that made the order and the order number, if available.

    Once our team has got back to you, we will outline the next steps in returning your item(s). Remember to check your junk mail folder in case our email went there. Then simply follow the instructions outlined in the email. Please do not send back any products until you have completed these steps.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return meets our requirements, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.



    LATE REFUNDS

    If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@factoryweights.co.uk.



    EXCHANGES

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to help@factoryweights.co.uk with what item(s) you would like to exchange and why. Please attach pictures of the damaged goods. Remember to include the name and email address of the person that made the order and order number, if available.   

     


    GIFTS

    If the order was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of item(s) returned. Once the returned item(s) are received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
