Home Gym: Time Saver?

Working out from home is a great way to save time, mostly because you don't have to spend time travelling to and from the gym, and you can work out at whatever time works best for you.

The average person in the UK spends around 1 hour and 15 minutes travelling to and from the gym. For a regular gym goer, that’s at least 4-5 hours a week wasted or, get this, roughly 260 hours a year! Obviously, this can be a lot of time wasted, especially if you have a busy schedule. By working out from home, you can avoid this travelling time and save yourself a lot of hassle.

There are a few things you need to consider if you're going to set up a home gym. Firstly, you need to make sure you have enough space. You'll also need some basic equipment, such as weights, a bench and a yoga mat. If you don't have time to go to the gym, there are a number of exercises you can do at home. squats, push-ups, lunges and sit-ups are all great exercises that can be done without any equipment.

If you're struggling to stay motivated when working out from home, try setting yourself some goals. For example, commit to working out for 30 minutes every day for one week. Alternatively, set yourself a challenge to see how many times you can work out in one week. Working out from home is a great way to save time and get fit at the same time - give it a try!

There's no doubt that working out from home is a great way to save time. However, there's still definitely a place for the gym. In this fast-paced world, access to a home gym is essential for a busy person.

The gym is a great place to meet like-minded people and socialise. It's also a great place to get expert advice on how to reach your fitness goals, so keep your gym membership and keep going to the gym but if you're concerned about travel times and being able to spend more time at home, a home gym investment will save you time. If you're not sure how to use the equipment in your home gym, the staff there can help you out with some tips for your gear at home.

So, if you're looking for a way to save time and get fit, working out from home is a great option get started with a set of hex dumbbells and go from there. But don't forget about the gym - it has plenty of benefits that you can't get at home.
