Fantastic value for money item

Really pleased with the quality of the arms made even more delightful at the price!

What sets these aside is the ability to lock the anrms into a number of start positions and the ease of vertical adjustment.

I do have a couple of development recommendations: option for 7/16 (17mm) rack holes and an additional articulated hinge so you can mirror a dumbbell press to get the ‘pinch’. That said, given the quality and price I have zero complaints:- thank you.

OMG!!!!

For once I'm lost for words! this is quite possibly one of the best pieces of equipment I've ever bought from anyone at any time, versatile and adaptable. The Jammer rig arms are so robust and well-engineered I can't stop using them for everything such as, Incline press, decline press, dead lifts, shoulder press, shoulder shrugs, bent over rowing the list goes on...it's ****** amazing. I actually did my best incline press ever. It's smooth and safe, just a massive addition to my gym. Just BRILLIANT!!!! Well done again FW.

These Jammer Arms are designed for 75x75mm uprights, with holes for 1" accessories, and holes with a 50mm spacing from the centre of each hole.
