These dumbbell bars are an ideal solution if you already have some olympic weights and want them to pull double duty - saving you from having to buy a dumbbell set if you want to incorporate them into your workouts.

Choose to buy the loadable dumbbells either on it's own, or loaded with our Rubber Weight Plates. The loaded sets are as follows:

Useful

Just bought one for single arm stuff and unilateral leg work, rather than needing loads of dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.. Makes use of existing plates. Very generous with the coating of oil from the factory 😄

The sleeves seem very loose, either the bushes tolerance is huge or they need tightened up.
