These dumbbell bars are an ideal solution if you already have some olympic weights and want them to pull double duty - saving you from having to buy a dumbbell set if you want to incorporate them into your workouts.

• Bar weight: 5kg
• Load testing: 300kg/660lb

Choose to buy the loadable dumbbells either on it's own, or loaded with our Rubber Weight Plates. The loaded sets are as follows:

• 17.5kg Set - 2 X 1.25kg, 2 X 2.5kg, 2 X 5kg
• 37.5kg Set - 2 X 1.25kg, 2 X 2.5kg, 2 X 5kg, 2 X 10kg
