Product description
Described by many as the single best grip strengthening exercise available. Having the roller attached to the rack takes stress away from the upper arms, which tend to tire first when wrist rolling, allowing maximal focus on the grip. Constructed from solid steel with super slick bearings. The Rack-Attachable Wrist Roller has a very smooth rotation yet is extremely durable. Heavy duty nylon line and carabiner included.
