These Sandbags are designed to be used in a variety of different exercises like walking lunges and cleans. These are great for developing core strength, stability & balance. They contain multiple handles at the sides & ends of the bag for versatility. Includes 3 x 10KG sandbags (require filling). The user can select the number of sandbags to place in the bag to make it either 10, 20 or 30KG.
