These straps are great. They do exactly what you need them to do and make the heaviest lifts just a little bit more manageable. No risk of dropping the bar with these.

To use, place your hand through one loop. Then place the second loop under the bar. Put your hand through the second loop. Grip the bar and straps simultaneously for an unshakable grip!
To ensure you get the size suited to you, measure around your wrist then select the closest size to your actual wrist measurement.
