These are solidly made and easy to use. I bought these to use with adjustable dumbbells to reduce the size of weight increments for fine tuning progressive overload. Also take them to the gym. Exactly what I wanted at a sensible price. Pretty accurately weighted too. Highly recommended.
Love these micro weights. Exactly what I wanted to increase my cable machine weight in smaller more manageable increments. Why not 5 star? Simply because they are very expensive.

Bought these for my Eisenlink adjustable dumbells. The lowest amount i could increase by before was 2kg which was a bit much on some exercises. These fit perfectly with no slipping and allow me to increase my load more gradually.
Also weighed them to check they were the correct weight and they were all very close to .5kg so very happy with my purchase.
Will be back if i need any more weights.
