These Micro Rubber Add-On Plates allow for fractional increase in weight with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells. Due to an open sided hole and flexible centre the plates can be added to the handles of most kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells with ease. A great way to bridge the weight gap between your existing equipment. Sold in pairs (2 plates).

My adjustable dumbbells go up in 4kg jumps, these micro plates are brilliant with out the need for more weights, handy and fast to use.
Only draw back is my handle then doesnt have enough room for my hand, so I attach them to the plates themselves as the rubber coating is grippy
These are solidly made and easy to use. I bought these to use with adjustable dumbbells to reduce the size of weight increments for fine tuning progressive overload. Also take them to the gym. Exactly what I wanted at a sensible price. Pretty accurately weighted too. Highly recommended.
