Does exactly what you buy them for. Only slight drawback is they are quite chunky so I don't think you can fit 2 of these on one dumbbell at the same time unless you have v small hands. But for making extra increments in my 'selectabell' style dumbbells, just what I needed.
Good piece of kit but you can’t put two on a standard hex dumbell as they’re a bit too thick. Good for loading the kettlebell or onto a 25mm bar
The add on is great. Saves me from having to buy extra dumbbells, like 12.5, 17.5, 22.5 etc… note that by adding 2 plates to one dumbbell, it can make quite a tight grip to someone with big/wide hands. I would recommend. AthleteX.org 🙅🏻♂️
