This versatile piece of kit can be constructed into 2 dumbbells or a centre barbell attachment provides a full bar for your bigger lifts. Easily constructed and dismantled for storage. Basically every movement in our exercise library can be performed with this set, bicep curls, lateral raises, kickbacks, front raises & shoulder press can all be executed with the single dumbbells and squats, deadlifts, RDL'S, lunges and good mornings can all be performed after easily constructing the barbell.

Great Buy!

Really good quality set, multiple options weight wise. The only issue, was the clips were br9ken on the box when it arrived.

This could be fixed by stopping the movement inside.

Different plates than I'm used to.

Idea for a beginner or experienced user, only tiny niggle is the threaded ***** that holds weights in place comes loose after a short time of using them, other than that they are ideal.
