The new Standing Chest Press is a commercial plate loaded machine designed to target the chest. Pressing while standing naturally places your body in a sturdy, rooted stance, enabling you to concentrate entirely on engaging your chest muscles.

Our Standing Chest Press is built with adjustable arms with fixed handles to ensure stability throughout the entire exercise. It features unilateral arms with a converging motion path that can adjusted to set up 5, 10, and 15 degree starting positions to reduce strain on your shoulders. In addition integrated band pegs allow adjustment of the resistance curve and multiple grip handles provide varying positions for different users.
