Our new and improved sandbags are now more durable and accurate to weight than ever! We have worked closely with professional strong men to aid in the design of these sandbags. These bags are designed to be lifted, carried, pressed and dropped! Perfect for the most demanding commercial gym environments and professional competition. Each sandbag is sized for the stated weight so all you need to do is fill to capacity and your ready to go! The bags are double layered with commercial grade nylon. The sand is secured with 2 folding layers of industrial strength velcro then sealed with a YKK zip and 2 final layers of overlapping velcro. 

These bags are unfilled with sand.

These bags are suitable for indoor and outdoor use! The strongman sand bags are a perfect form of grip training and for combat athletes, rugby players, Crossfit athletes, strongmen or even someone who's looking to switch up their workouts. We recommend using play sand to fill the bags up. Please note that the weight of the bag will depend on the density and size of the sand being used. Please note sand is not included.
