This versatile piece of kit can be constructed into 2 dumbbells or a centre barbell attachment provides a full bar for your bigger lifts. Basically every movement in our exercise library can be performed with this set, bicep curls, lateral raises, kickbacks, front raises & shoulder press can all be executed with the single dumbbells and squats, deadlifts, RDL'S, lunges and good mornings can all be performed after easily constructing the barbell.

Good weights at a reasonable price.

These are good wights [for me at least a novice] and fairly priced. I like that they're quite compact and can be shoved under a sofa to store them. Perfect for indoor use.
