These weights came promptly and are easy to assemble and to use. Plus, an extension means they can be turned into a barrell. A good purchase.

Our 20kg chrome dumbbell set is the perfect addition for the space conscious exercisers out there. This versatile piece of kit can be constructed into 2 dumbbells or a centre barbell attachment provides a full bar for your bigger lifts. Basically every movement in our exercise library can be performed with this set, bicep curls, lateral raises, kickbacks, front raises & shoulder press can all be executed with the single dumbbells and squats, deadlifts, RDL'S, lunges and good mornings can all be performed after easily constructing the barbell. If you're looking to add some bench, assisted row's and seated press in the we have option of adding the compact bench to your cart.
