Gainz Guzzler Heavy Mug

I use it all the time! I certainly have stronger shoulders, back and callouses as a result of it.

So, I've been waiting a while to review this mug as I wanted to make sure I give an accurate account.

Basically, I've been using this mug everyday, for almost every drink. For the few months I've owned the 10kg mug, I've had less than 10 drinks from any other mug. I likely consume about six to eight drinks daily on average. So, that's a decent amount of reps!

Anyway, here's what changed about me. I can certainly hold it more easily. I can use two other types of grip on it for drinking. My hands have become much more calloused. I think my scapula and posterior shoulder strength has increased and I'm better at bracing when I lift it. My forearms are definitely developing as a result of it. I notice that everyone else in my house has a tough time stabilising the mug, but repetition has made me quite comfortable with it. I can also hold it for quite a while when it's full and hold it at arm's length without spilling (not when it's literally full to the brim of course!)

As another reviewer put it. When I knew this existed, as a lifter I had to have one!!!

As a lifter, as soon as I knew these existed, I needed one.
