1m x 1m 20mm Black Immortal Gym Flooring Tiles

Bought these when on sale to replace my existing crumb rubber flooring tiles. The price was excellent and the tiles are a huge upgrade to my gym. The smooth EPDM on top makes these so much easier to keep clean and more comfortable for floor work. The plain black looks top class. The tiles fit together very well with the included clips and cut easily with a stanley knife.

Factory Weights customer service was A1. First they steered me away from the more expensive 40mm tiles I thought I needed, they were right 20mm is absolutely fine unless you are dropping super heavy weights and so much easier to lay and cut than the thicker tiles. Then when there was an issue with some marking on a bunch of the tiles (these things happen) they immediately offered to send out replacements or issue a partial refund.

Only 2 minor issue to be aware of. These tiles have a protective coating over the EPDM which can be removed by chemical cleaners. I'd strongly recommend only cleaning them with plain water only, which works fine, and I'd suggest Factory Weights makes this clear in their product listing. Finally the EPDM top is quite soft and gets marked more than my old rubber tiles if, for example, I leave a weight plate laying on edge on the flooring. Despite these points I'm delighted with my purchase.

As a new gym owner, I appreciate the benefit a good looking floor has on the overall visual impact of a facility. This flooring looks incredible, was really easy to cut (slice with a stanley then bend and slice until it comes apart), easier to lay and it feels so good underfoot that I don’t wear shoes anymore!
