I put this matting in a section of my garage, which now has a gym area. Works very well. the thickness is perfect, no risk of tripping at the edges, hasn't shifted about yet and that's with no fixtures or adhesives although there is some heavy gym equipment (bike, bench, weights) on top. Would recommend - in fact I'm ordering more to extend the space.

Great service, great price…will be ordering more

Easy to install, i had some that were out of shape i.e. not totally square but it was ok.

I have a wooden joist flooring, plywood then a thin carpet on top.

I use cast iron weights and so far deadlift only 100kg.

The mats are so far amazing and perfect. Fits nicely and they never move about. They can take on heavy load but I don't drop the mmweights carelessly on the floor

I don't think you need to go more than 20mm but that depends on you and how heavy you want to go. 15-20mm is fine for most people.

I need 3 more but they are sold out.

Only improvement would be if they could cut it to size so I can fit it in my room better.

Flooring arrived promptly. The delivery driver was awesome, we live down an unmade road and he still delivered right on the drive. Flooring went down quick and easy and looks great. Thanks guys.
