Great mats home gym
I have a wooden joist flooring,plywood then a thin carpet on top.
I use cast iron weights and so far deadlift only 100kg.
The mats are so far amazing and perfect. Fits nicely and they never move about. They can take on heavy load but I don't drop the mmweights carelessly on the floor
I don't think you need to go more than 20mm but that depends on you and how heavy you want to go. 15-20mm is fine for most people.
I need 3 more but they are sold out.
Only improvement would be if they could cut it to size so I can fit it in my room better.

I was expecting 3/4 days for a pallet load off mats… nope next day! Great work.
I’ve posted a few pictures of the mats I’ve laid… waiting to get a machine in to do lighting so can’t lay the rest.
