Our first generation tricep bar is manufactured with high grade steel. The bar has a chrome finish to prevent heavy scratching. This is the ideal piece of kit when performing, tricep extensions, skull crushers and bicep hammer curls. The bar is compatible with our cast iron, rubber coated and bumper plates.
