The Core Pin-Selected Abdominal Crunch/Back Extension trains both sides of the core — abdominals and lower back — from a single dual-function machine. This balanced approach helps build core stability and reduce the risk of muscular imbalance around the spine. Its pin-selected weight stack makes switching between exercises and adjusting the load quick and simple.

The Factory Weights Core Series is a performance tested selectorised range that is designed for the most testing training environments. Basic, user friendly designs, no frills, just solid functional machines for a great training experience. Designed for full commercial environments.
