Bench Assist Band

The Factory Weights Bench Band is designed to help you overload your bench press with added support to prevent pain and injury and can also aid with dips and ring dips. The Bench Band can reduce stress on the elbow and shoulder joints during pressing movements and creates a similar spring to a bench shirt.
