Vary and optimise your workouts by performing both traditional hip thrusts with feet on the ground or remove quads from the equation and perform elevated hip thrusts on the foot plate for isolated glute and hamstring training.

It is much more comfortable and easier to set up than traditional barbell methods. Linear bearings allow the footplate to glide smoothly back and forth and features also include relocatable band pegs for multiple upper and body resistance band exercises.
