The Factory Weights Cam Bar is a unique rack-able cambered bar which creates instability when in use. This demands a higher level of muscle engagement in order to stabilise the weight on excises like squats and bench press. Making a great choice for sports athletes for strength work and injury prevention. As the weight sits forward when squatting this allows for a deeper squat position for the user and improves their range of motion. The Cam Bar is utilised by powerlifters around the world to improve their squats and bench press and is know for its ability to build a stabiliser muscles and insane power in the posterior chain.

Cambered bar

Love this bar. High quality. Very unstable coming up out of the squat which is what I wanted it for.

Very easy on the shoulders and elbows due to being able to place hands on downwards area of bar. Should bought it years ago
