These rack mounted dumbbell spotter attachments allow the user to secure a set of dumbbells at a convenient height of their choosing, to safely perform dumbbell exercises without the struggle of getting the dumbbells to a starting position or putting them down. This is the part of the lift in which many injuries occur.

They can be fixed to Factory Weights pro racking is seconds. Safety pins are included to ensure no movement. The rack mounted dumbbell attachments can hold up to a combined 200kg. These are perfect for maxing out or solo lifting!

Constructed from 75mm x 75mm box section.
Designed for FW pro racking with 25mm four way holes.
Black powder-coat finish.

Big kit!

These are serious bits of kit .. robust and solid .. easy to attach and detach as well . As someone in my late 50s, these are making my incline bench presses far safer from an injury perspective.
