Great for barbell exercises such as squats, bench press and over head press. The dual cable pulleys have adjustable height settings and house 2 x 90kg stacks. This makes the rack perfect for exercises like cable flys and isolation movements. The smith machine allows for training with a fixed bar path for safer lifting and enhanced muscle isolation. A foot plate attachment is included so the smith machine can be used for leg exercises as well.
