The Factory Weights Lifting Platform is constructed from a black powder-coated steel frame designed to house 6 x 30mm 1 meter x 1 meter floor tiles or 4 floor tiles and a 30mm thick wooden lifting inlay for more solid foot placement. The frame can be purchased separately if you already have mats to use. Floor fixings and resistance band pegs are included. Time to level up your olympic lifts!
