The Factory Weights FW1 Bench and Dumbbell Bundle gives you a complete upper and lower body set up in one go. Our FW1 Adjustable Weight Bench comes paired with a set of Rubber Hex Dumbbells, perfect for flat, incline and decline pressing, rows, flys, split squats and more.

The FW1 bench is built from commercial steel and holds up to 200kg. It folds away once the lock pins are removed, which makes it ideal for smaller spaces. The rubber hex heads stop the dumbbells rolling and protect your floor.
