The Apex Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral High Row targets the upper back and rear shoulders through a high-angle pulling motion that emphasises the traps and rear delts more than a standard row. Independent arm movement allows unilateral training and a full range of motion for each side of the back. A chest pad keeps the torso stable so effort stays isolated to the back rather than the lower body.

The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
