Hip Adductor / Abductor

The Hip Adductor / Abductor is a dual function machine that effectively develops the inner and outer thighs. It’s capable of isolating the adductors and abductors to build strength and flexibility. Rotating pads as well as a comfortable seat set up the user correctly throughout both exercises and large side handles offer additional support. 5kg incremental weights allow precise resistance increases and numerous load options. This machine is made with 100x50x3mm Flat Sided Oval and is fully commercial with a lifetime warranty on the main frame.
