The Apex Series Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral Row builds the lats, biceps and rear shoulders through a seated pulling motion with independently moving arms on each side. Training each arm separately helps correct strength imbalances and lets lifters load each side to its own capacity. Multiple handle positions and a supportive chest pad keep the back the focus of every rep.

The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
