The Apex Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral Kneeling Leg Curl isolates the hamstrings through a kneeling curling motion that keeps the hips extended for a stronger contraction than seated or lying variations. Independent leg pads let each hamstring be trained and loaded separately. Adjustable pad positions and a stable kneeling platform accommodate a range of user heights.

The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
