The Apex Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral Leg Extension isolates the quadriceps through a seated extension movement with independently moving leg pads for each side. Training unilaterally helps even out strength differences between legs and allows each quad to be loaded to its true capacity. An adjustable seat, back pad and ankle pad position ensure a comfortable fit for a wide range of users.

The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last. The design of each machine has taken into account optimal body mechanics to ensure maximum results. That's why the Apex range is trusted by bodybuilders and professional athletes across the nation.
