Great of squats and bench press

I use these for bench press and squat variations and they're brilliant. Makes unracking and racking much easier and reduces the risk of injury.

The Monolift allows you to lift or squat without having to walkout with the bar. The counter-weighted arms swing back when the bar is un-racked. Perfect for lifting heavy and when your looking to hit that new 1RM!

Specification:

  • Sold as pair.
  • Designed for 75mm x 75mm racking with 1 inch holes.
  • UHMW Plastic covers to protect barbells from damage.
  • Black powder-coat finish.
