The bench can be set to a multitude of incline/decline positions. With 10 back pad positions and 5 seat pad positions the bench can be set to 50 different configurations for various flat incline and decline work. 

The uniquely designed top mounted leg rollers means they won't get in your way while benching conventionally. allowing for freedom in foot placement. Yet the welded front floor plate means the bench will remain extremely sturdy. the leg rollers have multiple range settings and bottom roller mounting settings, meaning they can be easily adjusted to suit athletes of various body types. The leg roller attachment can be easily removed for vertical bench storage. Finished with laser cut numbering for easy adjustment.
