The Factory Weights Omni pad is a unique support which can be attached to 75mm x 75mm uprights with a 1 inch hole. The angle of the pad can be changed making it great for a whole host of exercises. Perfect for rows, flys and single leg work. Can also used as a substitute for a bench for pressing movements.

With 4 adjustable angles to choose from the Omni Pad can be positioned to support chest, back, arms, legs or head. A brilliant space saving and cost effective solution. The omni pad also doubles up as a seat for performing lat pull downs and works great when partnered with our Dual Roller Pad.

Omni pad really good

This is a very good attachment to do dumbbell or barbell chest supported row. You can also do many other exercises such as rear belt flys, dumbbell curls, incline flys and more. Adjusting the angle of the pad is easy. The workout I feel after doing dumbbell rows is just what I wanted.

The build quality is really good, sturdy and easy to set up.
