Versatile Value Rack Attachment

Possibly the most underrated rack attachment in the Factory Weights product range. Standard exceptional build quality, combined with Factory Weights focus on simple, yet highly versatile design. The perfect support pad for a wide range of exercises, or just a fantastic seat.

Note that the version I received came with the newer (and better) FW 1" magnetic pins, not those pictured on the website.

Omni pad really good

This is a very good attachment to do dumbbell or barbell chest supported row. You can also do many other exercises such as rear belt flys, dumbbell curls, incline flys and more. Adjusting the angle of the pad is easy. The workout I feel after doing dumbbell rows is just what I wanted.

The build quality is really good, sturdy and easy to set up.

Overall, 5 stars for this product.
