The Apex Preacher Curl Bench supports the upper arms on an angled pad to isolate the biceps and eliminate shoulder or back involvement during curls. The fixed arm position keeps tension on the biceps throughout the full range of motion, from full extension to peak contraction. Its sturdy, adjustable design accommodates barbells, EZ-bars or dumbbells for versatile arm training.

The Factory Weights Apex Plate Loaded Series was designed with 3 goals in mind: functionality, durability and simplicity. No confusing set ups, just powerful performance that's built to last.
