The Factory Weights Preacher Curl Pad is the perfect way to isolate your biceps. Use on your lap or a gym bench to target your biceps using a variety of exercises with dumbbells or a barbell. Ergonomically designed to cushion and stabilise the upper arm to limit movement thus giving a greater stimulus to the biceps. The unique shape can be rotated to suit different users/positions.
Specifications:
Excellent quality and an excellent addition to my home gym. Unfortunately I didn't have the space for a dedicated preacher bench so bought this pad, it is perfect for what I need, takes up very little space and is fantastic quality. The price was excellent too. Highly recommend not just this product but the company too.
It takes a little getting used to, but this works well for me.
Made of sturdy materials, it was delivered really quickly; I was pleasantly surprised.
More cost effective than a preacher bench and far easier to store in a home gym.
Absolutely brilliant at a massive bargain price
