Pro Cable Lat Pull Down/Low Row

The Factory Weights Pro Cable Lat Pull Down/Low Row is designed to allow users to work both horizontal and vertical pulling exercises in one unit. With a staggering 140kg weight stack in 5kg increments and a true 1:1 pulley ratio this machine can accommodate beginners, right up to the strongest athletes on earth.

The leg roller pads can be adjusted to various heights to ensure correct support during pulldowns and the fold away foot rests can be altered for optimal rowing range of motion. Utilise the chain to find the optimal pulling height for various users. To switch to the low row, simply attach the seat cable to the top pulley. The unit features a unique top swivel pulley to allow users to perform unilateral offset movements, such as single arm lat pulldowns, without effecting the cables track/movement. As it's constructed from our signature pro racking, it's also compatible with a huge range of pro racking attachments.

The Pro Cable Lat Pull Down/Low Row allows users to choose from: The 140kg weight stack, constructed of steel plates with a 3% tolerance complete with mag loading pin for quick yet secure changes. Or choose from a plate loaded design so you can add your own 2 inch weight plates to 2 x 25cm loading pins with a capacity of 250kg total.            

The cable is nylon coated galvanised steel and capable of holding up to 250kg per cable. All pulleys used in the system are aluminium for longevity and a smoother motion. The system can be used with a host of cable attachments.

• We recommend bolting the Factory Weights Pro Cable Lat Pull Down/Low Row to the floor for maximum stability.
• The plate loaded option will not be compatible when used in conjunction with storage pins or storage shelfs at the rear upright.
