The Factory Weights Pro Curl Bar is not your average curl bar. Where a standard EZ bar has shallow, gentle bends, the Pro Curl Bar features a more pronounced camber that places your wrists and forearms in a more natural, semi-supinated position. This takes pressure off the joints and lets you focus on loading the target muscle, whether you’re curling, performing skull crushers or working through high-volume arm sessions.

Unlike many curl bars that use fixed or basic sleeves, the Pro Curl Bar is fitted with full 50mm Olympic sleeves running on needle bearings, so plates rotate smoothly and the bar stays balanced in your hands. With a 230kg weight capacity, it’s built to handle far heavier loads than a typical EZ bar, making it just as suited for commercial gyms as it is for serious home setups. The 28mm shaft and standard knurl give a secure, comfortable grip, and the narrow inner grip is ideal for tricep extensions and close-grip curls. Finished in black hard chrome on the shaft for added protection against oxidisation, with hard chrome sleeves for lasting durability.
