Rack Attachable Foot plates

The Factory Weights Rack Attachable Foot Plates are designed to attach vertically on our Pro Racking Uprights OR horizontally on our Front Rack Stabilisers (which can be utilised to adjust distance from the cable as well). Perfect for use with our cable systems to allow for superior foot placement during seated rows. Increase your numbers and form on the row with better bracing points and stabilised position. Sold as a pair.
