These shelves can be mounted on vertical uprights or on horizontal junction bars. These Pro Dumbbell Shelves have the unique feature of various cup configurations, so users can have more cups for shelves that hold lighter/smaller dumbbells and fewer cups when a shelf needs to hold bigger dumbbells. There is also the option to tilt the shelves slightly for ease when racking/un-racking dumbbells.
