CONDITIONING OVERVIEW

Our Range of Conditioning Equipment

Factory Weights offers high-quality conditioning gear for building strength, stamina and grip. From sandbags to resistance bands, our affordable collection is built to last. Two solid ways to build conditioning into any programme, plus everything else you need to round it out.

Sandbags

Bear-hug it, drag it, throw it. A sandbag doesn't care how strong you are. It fights back every rep.

• Cylindrical sandbags for carries, presses and squats that build raw grip and core strength.

• Husafell sandbags for strongman-style bear hug carries.

• Throw bags for explosive, rotational power work.

• Competition sandbags with multiple handles for varied grip positions.

• Fitness sandbags with removable 10kg fillers, so the load scales with you.

• Worm sandbags built from military-grade Cordura for team and partner training.

Resistance Bands

Small kit, big carryover. Bands add tension where machines and free weights can't reach.

• Glute bands to switch on activation before your main lifts.

• Rubber resistance bands for assisted pull-ups, mobility drills and rehab work.

New to bands? Read our guide on resistance training to get more from every session.
