Weightlifting Machines
Our selection of plate-loaded machines caters to both beginners and seasoned lifters, offering versatility and safety for all experience levels.
Equipment like our Smith machines supports beginner lifters with optional spotter arms and safety bars, providing added confidence during workouts. Built-in J-hooks allow you to safely rack the bar between sets or during failed reps.
For more experienced lifters, our cable and pulley machines promote controlled, full-range movements, helping reduce reliance on momentum and maximising muscle engagement.
Some of our best-selling weightlifting machines include:
Barbells
Our Olympic barbells and specialty barbells are engineered for performance, featuring durable construction, high weight capacities and ergonomic details like precision knurling for a secure grip. When paired with weight plates, these bars are ideal for building strength and pushing toward new personal bests. Popular barbell movements include javelin presses, Cuban presses and front squats.
Take your training further with specialty options like our Multi-Grip Swiss Bar and Dyno Barbell. Designed for versatility and durability, these bars support a wide variety of exercises and grip positions, helping you target muscles more effectively and reduce strain on joints.
Lifting Benches
Our adjustable weight benches feature durable, versatile and ergonomic designs. Perfect for exercises like dumbbell bench presses, decline pullovers and barbell curls, these benches provide the stability and support needed to maintain proper form and maximise each rep. Whether you're targeting specific muscle groups or expanding your routine, a reliable bench is a foundational piece for any training setup.
Dumbbells
Whether you're just starting out or fine-tuning your strength routine, our collection of dumbbells has you covered. Choose from pairs, adjustable options, fixed dumbbells or complete sets to suit your space and training style.
These versatile weights are perfect for both standing and seated dumbbell movements. Try exercises like bicep curls, Arnold presses or dumbbell cleans to challenge your muscles and keep your workouts dynamic.
We also offer handy dumbbell storage to protect your equipment and keep your space organised.
Kettlebells
Build strength, power and endurance with our pro-forged and competition-grade kettlebells, available as singles or in full sets. Crafted from solid cast iron, the pro-forged kettlebells feature a sleek black powder matte finish, while the competition versions are precisely calibrated and colour-coded for easy identification.
Each kettlebell is designed with an ergonomic handle for a secure, comfortable grip, so you can move confidently through exercises like snatches, goblet squats and swings. Whether you're training for performance or everyday fitness, these kettlebells bring versatility and intensity to your workouts.

FAQs
Explore our answers to some common questions about gym equipment for weightlifting.
Do I need weights to do strength exercises?
You don’t need bulky weightlifting setups to get started with strength training. Besides traditional weights, you can also try out battle ropes or pull-up bars. Bodyweight exercises are the perfect jumping off point for beginners and often require minimal to no gear.
How many times a week should I lift weights?
This depends on your goals, experience level and recovery needs. For general fitness and muscle maintenance, lifting 2–3 times per week is a solid starting point. To build strength or muscle more efficiently, most people benefit from 3–5 weight training sessions per week, focusing on different muscle groups each day.
Beginners often see great progress with full-body workouts 3 times a week, while more advanced lifters may follow split routines over 4–6 days. Regardless of frequency, the key is consistency, progressive overload and allowing enough rest for muscle recovery.
